Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Free of any damage caused after delivery
Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom or made-to-order sofa sets
- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically credited to your original method of payment.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective on arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Send photos of the damage and the packaging
Describe the issue clearly
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
